I called Kindred this morning to schedule an appointment for my miniature schnauzer, who had been coughing for a week. To my surprise, they had a 2:30pm appointment available the same day. As a new patient, the appointment setup and check-in process were both incredibly easy. I waited only 2 minutes before the technician arrived, and Dr. Bunting saw my dog within 3 minutes after that. She thoroughly examined my dog, and we discussed the treatment plan. The technician returned with the estimate, took my dog to the back for an injection, processed the payment in the room, and we were done. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes. The efficiency and seamless experience at Kindred were impressive, and I was charged only $105 for the visit, injection, and antibiotics. They just won a new customer! Other veterinary offices could definitely learn from their process. Everything was so easy and seamless and Dr. Bunting is great!

Heather Bunting is one of the kindest and engaging vets I have ever met. This was the first time we went to this vet because we wanted my dog to be seen immediately. The next appointment at my normal vet wasn't for 4 days, so we needed to look elsewhere. The staff managed to squeeze my pup in last minute! Heather's focus was 100% on my dog, making sure she was happy and excited to be at the office, offering her every treat under the sun! My dog left very happy and didn't want to walk out! Thank you so much to all the staff, and Heather for taking a last minute appointment and making Penny so happy and comfortable! (Sorry for messing your scrubs, Heather!)

Everyone here was so great! I have a nervous dog and they were able to handle her. The Vet came and sat down with me and my pup and was very attentive and actively listened to all of my questions and concerns. We will be returning in the future for all of our vet needs. Dr. Bunting is the best Vet I have ever taken my dogs to. She saved my dogs life by finding out she had a liver shunt. She is very personable and the animals love her.

Highly recommend Kindred Animal Hospital! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable space for both pets and their owners. Both the vet tech and veternarian who tended to our pup were gentle and kind.
